Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has put into place a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) available to all central government departments, wider public sector organisations and charities.
This covers:
- Design of meeting spaces which will allow all colleagues to equally take part in the meeting (even if their attendance is virtual)
- Creation of collaboration zones and find out the best ways to integrate their AV technology
- Design of acoustic and visual plans for conference rooms that will allow everyone to hear and see what they need to
- Support options which can include ; AV monitoring and future issues help
The DPS allows you to shortlist suppliers based on your needs using a range of filters, including a postcode filter. Filters include; AV Design Consultancy, AV Integration, Installation and Warranty and AV Solution Support
Once you have established your shortlist you can use this to run a further competition.
