Providing individual Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) roles and end-to-end digital transformation programmes.
All public sector organisations can use Digital Specialists and Programmes (DSP) to find the full range of Digital, Data and Technology skills.
It offers a quality assured route which will provide:
- Larger digital transformation involves a rethinking of how an organisation uses technology, people and processes to create new business models and new revenue streams (such as building mobile applications or ecommerce platforms)
- Larger capability programmes provides supplier staff to achieve strategic objectives through group(s) of projects that involve: Research, build, support, test, release, retirement of digital services, outcomes or deliverables, design or iteration
- This also provides a route to market for strategic objectives or scope of services with no clearly defined outcomes or deliverables that will enable digital transformation.
This new agreement will run alongside RM1043.8 Digital Outcomes 6. Together they will replace Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (RM1043.7).

- Individual DDaT specialist(s) at identified role (or roles) to deliver a specific outcome (or specific outcomes) on a service, programme and/or project. Buyers will define their specific requirements in their Statement of Requirements.
