Authorised repairs

Should the unlikely happen and an Apple device develops a fault or suffers an accident such as a cracked screen, we are on hand to help. We’ll swap the device or repair it depending on the work needed and the device type.

As an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), Computacenter provides in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair services for any Apple product. We have access to genuine Apple parts, tools, training, service guides, diagnostics and other resources. All repairs are done by qualified Computacenter experts. Compared to using third parties for repairs, you get a fast response, the costs are competitive and all repairs are of the highest quality and fully guaranteed.

Repairs are made in-house at our well-equipped repair centres or we can do the work at your site. This is especially important if a faulty device stores sensitive data and cannot be sent out for security reasons.
